Jim has been a Commercial expert for over twenty seven years receiving his CCIM designation in 1986. Jim has worn many management and brokerage hats and was most recently the statewide Commercial Education Director. He formerly was the Commercial Leasing Director, negotiating all office leases for the Coldwell Banker Florida system which consists of over 230 offices for Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Title and Mortgage. He was previously the Florida Commercial Director and Vice President for Arvida Realty Services which was acquired by Coldwell Banker NRT Inc., in April, 2002. He is quite active in his community serving as the Former CEO of the Greater Clearwater Chamber of Commerce from 1974-1981. He has been an active broker in the Tampa Bay market since 1981.
